They are just part of the OCTGN database by default. You don't even need to upload an additional image pack. They are literally part of OCTGN at this point. I don't think it is acceptable to quit a game if your opponent is using Taking the Black cards. If you are aware that the expansion has been released and you don't wish to play with it, create your own lobby and put that information into the name of it. If you're playing with or willing to play against someone using the latest expansion please do notify so in the lobby name, to the extent you include the expansion, isn't a promise that you are yourself using any cards from there. Of course there are those aware of the release but who simply don't want to play with an unreleased expansion just yet for various reasons which brings me to my suggestion: Most commentators on these issues ( discussion in the Netrunner community) don't seem to realize that sometimes the reason players oppose the lack of information on the usage of expansion packs is simply that they can be unaware of it from time to time as the real expansion hasn't been released, thus, when hosting a lobby it's not something they would even be aware of to take into consideration. To the extent that some players don't inform others of their inclusion that they get an unfair surprise (upon which it would seem entirely legal and socially acceptable, with basic courtesy, to leave the game) and this is why it is problematic. The problem arises in regards to the communication on the usage or non-usage of these cards.
